Villa Stella-Vasilis

This villa is our family home designed by me in 2007. It is only 1.5 hours from Athens airport by car. The beautiful beaches towards the Aegean are only an hour away, but usually our guests prefer to relax by the pool for the whole week! The seaside residence in central Evia is a modern construction built on the principles of bioclimatic architecture. It extends over almost an acre of land and has an amazing view that combines greenery and the sea. The idyllic garden is complemented by a beautiful Olympic-sized saltwater swimming pool, a wooden deck and a bbq. The sea is only 30 meters away. The house is divided into two independent floors that visually communicate with each other, which can accommodate two families or a larger group at the same time. The elevation of the house contains large openings that bring the residents in direct contact with the garden, the pool and the amazing sea view.
